Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are always happy to welcome new patients. We are committed to seeing you promptly, whether you have an emergency, have just moved to the Brantford area and need a new dentist, or have not been to the dentist in a while and want to have your teeth checked. If you are happy with your experience at our office, the best compliment you can give us is to tell your friends and family!
Do you take my dental insurance?
Yes! Claims and predeterminations can be sent electronically from our office directly to your insurance company. Our business staff will clearly outline your financial arrangements. You are responsible for paying for services at the time of treatment, and then you will be reimbursed by your insurance company according to the terms of your contract with them.
Can I have an appointment after work or on the weekend?
Yes! Our convenient hours are designed to fit your busy schedule. We are open weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. Please contact us to make an appointment.
When should I bring my child for their first dental visit?
Most of our patients bring their children for their first visit around the age of 2. We use this visit not only to screen for potential dental problems, but also to allow your child to explore our chair and instruments. Hopefully this initial experience will help to relieve any anxiety your child may have about the dental office.

Can you do my child’s braces?
Yes! We are able to correct almost any of your child’s bite problems with braces, whether their teeth are crowded, crooked, have gaps, or do not bite together properly. But don’t forget about straightening your own teeth.
What about straightening my teeth?
Yes! We offer a full range of adult braces services including 6 Month Braces and Invisalign invisible braces. Most smiles can be improved in as little as six months. Even better, using today’s materials and techniques you don’t have to be self conscious about your smile while your teeth are being straightened.

Do my child’s wisdom teeth have to be removed?
Most people do not have enough room in their mouth for their wisdom teeth to come in properly. The wisdom teeth are often squished into the back of the mouth and half covered by the gums. They can be nearly impossible to clean properly, and can therefore cause the back molars to be very prone to gum infections and cavities. For these patients, it may be beneficial to have the wisdom teeth removed during adolescence while your child’s healing and recovery abilities are at their peak. Almost all wisdom teeth can be removed by our experienced dentists in a comfortable and familiar environment. Any of our dentists would be happy to help you weigh the risks versus the benefits of removing your child’s wisdom teeth.
