Dress Red Day
|
On Thursday June 28 the office
participated in the Lung Association Dress
Red Day in support of research for lung disease.
With participation from the
entire office, we were able to donate $57.00. Penny and
Eva forgot their red attire and on a dare from everyone,were
good sports to  don
the red poka dot dress which prompted a
few more donations.

Congratulations !!!

 Congratulations to Dr. Michael Ling, son of
Dr. Sumner and Jean Ling, who graduated from the University of Toronto
on Friday, June 8 with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Michael was born and raised in Brantford.
He attended Central Baptist Academy, North Park Collegiate, and
Wilfrid Laurier University before his dental education in Toronto. He
joins his father and the other dentists practicing all aspects of dentistry at West Street Dental Group. Michael welcomes new
patients.

Kindness in Action Again
|
In
March Dr. Ferrao and Dr. Bagchi along with Christie and Erin
participated in 2 separated ‘Kindness in Action’ programs that
took them to PERU where they volunteered for a week.
Although Dr. Ferrao and Dr. Bagchi have been with the team for
a few years, the experience was the first for both Christie and Erin
who found it to be both rewarding and interesting.
They provided whatever treatment they could under the
conditions to a number of families of the area.
They did have the opportunity to enjoy a little sight seeing
with a trek to Matchu Pichu but say one of their highlights was a
special dinner of Guinea Pig, which they humbly declined.

'Working Holiday'
|
 You may have found the office very
quiet the week of Jan 14 - 20th. That's because we were
treated to a 'working holiday' in beautiful Curacao. We
enjoyed inspiring talks, and educational discussions as well as
many 'team building' seminars geared to enlightening us in
providing our patients with the best possible office
environment. Off coarse we also enjoyed the wonderful
surroundings of the beautiful Breezes Resort as well as
the Island with all it's amenities and great companionship.
